This lavender-based lemonade is the ultimate remedy for headaches and anxiety

Ingredients:
- 2.5 glasses of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 glass of lavender syrup*
- A large handful of fresh mint
- Slices of lemon for garnish
- Fresh lavender sprigs
Preparation:
In a large pitcher, mix the lemon juice, water, and lavender syrup*.
Taste the mixture to adjust the flavor to your liking. If you need more sugar, add what you need! More lemon juice or water? Go ahead! Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and refrigerate the mixture for an hour before serving.

* In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and lavender.
Cook over low to medium heat for quite some time while stirring the mixture until the sugar dissolves. Simmer and cook for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and set the saucepan aside to cool completely. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Keep your lemonade in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator.
